Sec.2-White Clifs Pipeline

Contact was finally made with the rep. for White Clifs pipeline on Friday. After much discussion on our concerns about the esament, they will be making another offer with much of our concerns met.  Your fearless President is awaiting their new offer.  Seems our "Rain Dance" has kind of messed up Oklahoma City and the country side.  No power for the last few days.  More to follow.
